Panel Meeting – 20th September 2018, to approve as a correct record (attached)
 Other - hea minutes 200918
5Matters referred by Council, the Executive, other Committees and Panels (if any)
6Healthy Weston Update (urgent item to follow)
Note: The reason for urgency is that the report/slide pack cannot be provided until the proposals contained therein have been discussed and approved by the CCG board Governing Body at an internal meeting scheduled for 4th December. The CCG is required to consult HOSP on proposed potential significant changes to health services prior to wider public consultation, and has engaged HOSP on the case for change, the Healthy Weston programme, and clinical design work over the last period. If this item were to be postponed until the next HOSP meeting on 31st January, this could considerably delay the scheduled public consultation process (and ultimately the delivery of service changes) and would therefore be detrimental to the public interest.
