Minutes of the meeting held on 24 January 2018 (Agenda item 4)

Referring to Minute No. PRW 36 the Director of Development & Environments representative queried whether the Sub-Committee had additionally resolved that where no objections were received Mod 102 would be confirmed, however if objections were received these would be forwarded to the Secretary of State. Having accessed the report via his iPad, a Member confirmed that the Sub-Committees resolution replicated the wording of the officers recommendation in its entirety. Accordingly, the representative of the Director of Development & Environment undertook to submit a report to a future meeting of the Sub-Committee updating Members on progress with the Order.
